URA closed the Orchard Boulevard residential-site tender on 29 October 2026. Its annex lists five bids, led by Intrepid Investments and TID Residential at about S$181.86 million. The site has a 99-year lease, an area of 3,438 square metres and a maximum permissible gross floor area of 9,627 square metres. These are land-tender figures, not prices for individual homes.

URA states that this release does not announce a tender award; the award decision follows evaluation and will be publicised separately. The closing announcement does not provide an apartment price list, booking date or completion timetable. Avoid turning the highest bid into a confirmed project launch or promising availability.
